Dear Colleagues,

A limited number of registration scholarships will be made available for young scientists (under the age of 35) by the Turkish Biochemical Society for the TBS International Biochemictry Congress 2026, 36th National Biochemistry Congress.

All applications must be made online from the online registration system before August 31st, 2026.

Young researchers who apply for the Registration Grant and whose applications are approved will have their registration fee refunded after the congress, once their attendance and presentation have been completed.

Young researchers who apply for the Accommodation Grant and whose applications are approved will be entitled to complimentary accommodation at the congress hotel from 4–8 November 2026, on an all-inclusive basis, sharing a room with other grant recipients. Participants applying for the Accommodation Grant will not be eligible for a refund of their registration fee.

Important Note: The registration fee will be collected at the time of grant application through the online registration system. In addition, applicants will be required to upload a document showing their age. Participants wishing to apply for a grant must ensure that they select the correct registration category.

Conditions of Application for the Registration Scholarship for Young Scientists:

• Being a member of the Turkish Biochemical Society
• Being younger than 35 years old (Born in 1990 and after)
• Applying through the online registration system before or on August 31st, 2026
• All applicants must submit an abstract to be presented in this congress 
• Applicants supported by any other grants such as Tubitak, TÜBA, university or sponsor company will be rejected
