Important Notice! 

The above mentioned registration fees are only valid if you are staying at the congress hotel (Royal Seginus Hotel). The congress hotel operates on "all inclusive" system therefore participants accommodating in another hotel will have to pay an additional daily entrance fee per day to attend the congress.

Payment with Credit Card

-Online credit card payments can be made with Visa and Mastercard.
-Online credit card payments are processed through the 3D Secure Payment System of your own credit card issuer bank. 

Payment with Bank Transfer

-All payments should be made "net of charges" to the bank account of the congress secretariat: Evronas Organizasyon Danışmanlık ve İş Geliştirme A.Ş.
-Please make sure to include the name of the participant and the congress name UBK2026 in the details of the bank transfer.
-You can send your bank transfer payments in both Turkish Liras or €os.
-If you are going to transfer Turkish Liras, please note that the applicable exchange rate is “Central Bank of the Republic of Turkiye” Indicative Exchange Rates announced on their website: https://tcmb.gov.tr/wps/wcm/connect/en/tcmb+en/main+menu/statistics/exchange+rates/indicative+exchange+rates

Bank Account Information

Registration Confirmations and e-invoice

-If you complete your payment by credit card from the online registration system, an automatic confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address.
-If you select bank transfer for your payment, your registration will be confirmed manually by the congress secretariat upon receipt of your bank transfer.
-All participants will be issued e-invoices to the invoicing information they provide in the online registration system. All invoices will be issued automatically in the calender month of November 2026 and sent to your e-mail address.

Cancellation Policy:
- All registration cancellations will be valid if made in writing to the congress secretariat (ubk2026@evronas.com) and confirmed by the congress secretariat in writing. 
- Cancellations made before July 1st, 2026 will be fully refunded except for bank charges.
- There will be a 70% refund for cancellations made between July 1st and August 31st 2026.
- There will be no refund for cancellations made after September 1st, 2026.
- All refunds will be executed after the congress.
